- Building, deploying and maintaining solutions for AHEAD
- Integrating with AHEAD, MS tools and eBonding with customers
- Developing solutions for customers within our internal instance as well as on customers’ instances of ServiceNow
- Collaborating with the Managed Solutions Architect to drive forward current and future AHEAD, MS initiatives
- Participating on sales calls and providing estimates for new and ongoing AHEAD, MS opportunities
- Resolving the most challenging ServiceNow technical issues for AHEAD, MS customers
- Assisting and mentoring other members of the team
- Operating within a Cloud Infrastructure to the highest standards of professionalism and availability
- Managing incidents, requests, changes, and associated communication
- Creating and maintaining supporting KB documentation
- Communicate progress, roadblocks, and recommendations to customers
- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or comparable experience
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (to current release)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (to current release)
- ServiceNow scoped application development experience (to current release)
- Integrations experience
- ITIL certification (preferred)
- Domain separation experience (preferred)
- Strongly developed communication skills
- Experience providing top-level customer service
- A passion for cutting edge technology
- Does well in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Learns quickly and adapts well to new challenges
- Enthusiastic and motivated to learn and grow
