- Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with tools, resources, and training to effectively sell our products, including creating sales collateral.
- Content Creation and Management: Develop and manage a content calendar, and create high-quality content for various channels.
- Customer Insights: Conduct interviews, surveys, and focus groups to gather insights that inform product development and marketing.
- Performance Measurement: Measure and report on the performance of product marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies to optimize outcomes.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective promotion.
- Advocacy and Thought Leadership: Build relationships with key customers and gather market feedback to inform product improvements.
- Market Feedback Loop Consistently provides market insights and customer feedback to the product development team, shaping future features and improvements.
- Minimum of 3+ years of product marketing experience
- Ecommerce B2B SaaS experience is highly preferred, especially Shopify ecosystem
- Powerful storyteller: written, verbal, and visual
- Demonstrated track record of creating customer segment oriented campaigns to drive new customer acquisition, deepen engagement & retention
- Advanced quantitative and deductive skills.
- Ability to distinguish between the signal and the noise and make data-guided actions
- Outstanding project management skills
- Quick learner on complex technical topics, translating them into clear, compelling messaging
- Self-starter, ready to roll up sleeves and get things done
- Operates autonomously in fast-paced, evolving environments
