- Recruitment and Sourcing: Identify staffing needs in collaboration with department heads, post job openings, and source qualified candidates through various channels.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- On boarding: Facilitate the on boarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientations, and ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
- Assist with maintaining employee records, processing HR-related paperwork, and updating HR databases.
- Support HR initiatives and programs that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Ensure all HR activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
- Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
- SALARY – $ 1,200 PER MONTH
- TYPE OF WORK – FULL TIME (REMOTE), FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY
- WORK SCHEDULE – US TIME ZONE (East Coast)

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience)
– 1 to 2 years of experience in HR support roles or Recruitment Specialist
– In-depth industry knowledge regarding best practices, development, current regulations, and technology, particularly in Recruitment (HR) or Human Resources roles
– With deep background in a remote set-up of work similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor (deep understanding on the pros & cons involved in this industry).
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
– Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines and time management skills
– Passionate in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
– Attentive to detail and a commitment to delivering a high quality candidate experience
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
– Knowledge in HR software and Google Suite
– Strong knowledge of employee engagement theories, best practices and trends
– Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative engagement initiatives, ability to work independently and as part of the team
– With fast, reliable and stable internet connection (LAN or Fiber) and with internet backup
