In collaboration with our parent company, TELUS Digital, we’ve launched Fuel iX, an enterprise-grade AI engine designed to help companies upgrade their generative AI (GenAI) pilots to production scale, deploy customized solutions faster, and effectively manage the technology responsibly.

Location & Flexibility

This role will have the option to be in a Work From Near (Hybrid) capacity based out of one of the following offices: Charlottesville, VA, Durham, NC, Columbus, OH, or Boston, MA OR in a Work From Anywhere (Remote) capacity. 

Travel to customer sites (25%) will be required on an ad hoc basis.

The Opportunity

As a Content Manager at Fuel iX, you’ll develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy supporting the customer journey and reinforcing our messaging for AI-powered intelligent experiences. You’ll oversee the creation, curation, and distribution of high-quality content across channels, engaging decision-makers and technical audiences in the AI and enterprise software space. Your role is crucial in driving brand awareness and growth, positioning Fuel iX as a leading platform for Generative AI-fueled intelligent experiences.

This role offers a balance between content strategy, creation, and distribution, with support from our growth marketing and product marketing teams. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the content direction for multiple products within the Fuel iX platform, driving our position as a leader in the Generative AI and intelligent experiences space.

Responsibilities
  • Content Strategy and Planning
    • Craft memorable stories and define a content strategy showcasing Fuel iX’s brand, thought leadership, and product offerings.
    • Develop and implement a multi-channel content marketing plan aligning with Fuel iX’s messaging priorities and the customer journey.
    • Establish an “Always On” learning content calendar tailored for enterprises implementing AI technologies.
    • Create diverse content assets (articles, eBooks, videos, infographics) to support integrated campaigns.
    Content Creation and Curation
    • Create and manage diverse written content (blog posts, articles, whitepapers, social media, marketing copy), and work closely with subject matter experts to ensure the relevance and accuracy of content with our target audience
    • Strategize and drive the concepts for video content creation, atomization, and merchandising working closely with a team of video/editing experts
    • Optimize and repurpose content to maximize impact across channels.
    Content Management and Distribution
    • Create compelling, on-brand copy across various marketing channels and materials.
    • Collaborate with growth marketing on integrated, content-driven campaigns.
    • Analyze content performance to optimize strategies and align with business objectives.
    Collaboration and Performance Metrics:
    • Align content strategies with business objectives through cross-team collaboration.
    • Optimize content priorities, quality, and time-to-market.
    • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and demonstrate ROI, focusing on:
      • Traffic growth, engagement, and conversions
      • Lead quality and sales pipeline influence
      • SEO performance
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in content marketing, preferably in AI, SaaS, or enterprise software.
  • Proven track record in multi-channel copywriting (samples required).
  • Experience driving video the strategy for video content creation and distribution
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and analytical skills.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills across various formats and audiences.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
  • Understanding of or eagerness to learn generative AI applications.
