The Business Analyst will be a critical player in supporting our data-driven decision-making across the company. Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations, you will work closely with various departments to automate and visualize data related to OKRs, KPIs, and other team-specific metrics. You’ll be responsible for selecting and implementing a data visualization platform and applying your knowledge of SQL to ensure our data processes are efficient and scalable. Though your focus will be on internal operations, you may also contribute to client-facing data analysis as needed.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product, engineering) to understand their data needs and provide visualizations that enhance their decision-making.Design, develop, and automate reports and dashboards that track key metrics such as OKRs and KPIs.Help select, implement, and maintain a data visualization platform to ensure accessible and actionable data across the company.Write SQL queries to extract, analyze, and present data from various internal systems.Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and optimization based on data insights.Contribute to occasional client-facing data analysis to help illustrate the value of our platform.Embrace an empirical approach, using data to drive decisions and continuously improve processes.Required Skills & Qualifications
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a related roleStrong proficiency in SQL for querying, manipulating, and analyzing dataA passion for AI and innovation, with a strong desire to stay at the cutting edge of industry developmentsExperience working with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)A growth mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow in your careerAnalytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insightsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholdersAbility to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with various teamsAgilist at heart—empirical, adaptive, and focused on continuous improvementWho you are working for – About Collective[i]:
