- Design and build marketing emails, ensuring a seamless user experience and strong visual appeal. Experience with Customer.io is a plus.
- Create social media graphics that align with Tabby’s brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Design in-app ads and banners to enhance the user experience and drive engagement.
- Develop and execute campaign strategies, identifying target audiences and crafting visual content that resonates with Tabby’s merchants.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to determine the most effective channels and tactics for reaching customers.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design assets, maintaining high-quality visuals that align with Tabby’s branding.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product designers, copywriters, and marketing managers, to create cohesive campaigns.
- Leverage data insights to refine design strategies and optimize creative content.
- You have 3-4 years of experience in brand or visual design.
- You are highly skilled in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop). Bonus points if you have experience in motion design.
- You have experience designing and building emails, preferably in Customer.io or similar platforms.
- You have a strong ability to communicate your design thinking and decisions both visually and in writing.
- You understand graphic design principles and best practices for different digital channels.
- You stay up to date with current visual design trends and know how to apply them effectively.
- You thrive in cross-functional collaborations with technical and commercial teams.
- You can manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- You are proficient in English design work; bonus points if you can design in Arabic.
